The Khane Group dream began when a Bank Legal Officer and a High Revenue Generating Insurance Salesman kept meeting up at a Bank to exchange documents related to property sales and insurance. Seeing high value property transactions and understanding the commission the Real Estate Agents were making, Brian and Sam believed that this was something they could do successfully with a significantly higher earning potential than their current employment. After months of discussion, the 2 decided to try their hand at real estate and after a lot of after-hours hard work, they successfully closed their first deal and decided to venture out on their own and start a real estate business with the proceeds of that 1st sale. After years of toiling and learning the business, 16 years later, Khane Properties is now a well established and growing Real Estate Brokerage company that prides itself on trust and client relationships. We have a growing team of Realtors and our focus remains the same; client satisfaction and building trusted relationships through which our business will grow.
